Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about services, menus, and events.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of front-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist in training new front-of-house staff as needed.
- Support special events and promotions by coordinating with the team.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, services, and company policies.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
- Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
- Passion for food, customer-service, & result oriented
* 5-day work week
