Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff, ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Monitor guest experiences, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate shift schedules and manage labor costs to meet operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to implement operational procedures and enhance service quality.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide updates, and promote teamwork.
- Support the resolution of conflicts or issues that may arise among staff or guests.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field and in similar capacity
- Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
- Passion for food, customer-service, & result oriented
