Overview
The role will be part of the HR & Admin Department and is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resource functions.
Responsibilities
· Reporting to HR Manager
· Support full spectrum of HR function (such as payroll, employee engagement/relations, compensation & benefits, learning & development)
· Responsible for employee lifecycle from on to off-boarding
· Be the subject matter expert for local employment legislation and provide advisory support for the business
· Manage statutory related matters such as pass application and government claims/grants
· Handled employee engagement/relations queries
· Maintain proper HR records including but not limited to benefits management and on & off-boarding
· Support in HR and organisational initiatives and activities
· Contribute in process improvement
