The Role
The Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role will assist project managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to track project progress, manage schedules, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and has a good understanding of IT project processes.

Role Responsibilities:
● Support client projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (sales, planning, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support)
● Assist project managers in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects.
● Coordinate tasks, schedules, and resource allocation as per project requirements.
● Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, budgets, and schedules.
● Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure adherence to deadlines.
● Update and maintain project tracking tools as per the organisation standards and guidelines.
● Communicate regularly with team members to keep project milestones on track.
● Assist in identifying project risks and provide support in developing risk mitigation plans. Know when to escalate, and understand key decisions & impacts both on the customer and the project team
● Document and follow up on risk management action items to minimize impacts on the project schedule.
● Act as a liaison between project teams, IT teams, and other departments to ensure clear communication.
● Prepare and deliver project status reports, presentations, and updates to stakeholders.
● Regular project status meetings with customers showcasing project burn and status reports.
● Ensure delivery per SOW, identify deviations from requirements and assumptions and raise change orders as needed.
● Manage post project feedback and retrospective sessions as well as the collection of CSAT scores from the customer
About you
● Curious and innovative mindset
● Excellent communicator
● 1-3 years of experience of project co-ordination
● 3 to 5 years of Salesforce-based Business Analysis experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Integrations.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in project management software (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Adept at managing client expectations, leading development teams, and maintaining scope according to defined requirements.
● Excellent client-facing written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Adaptability to changing project requirements and timelines.
● Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Advantageous
· Experience in Salesforce projects
· One or more certifications in Salesforce.
