As A Regional Sales Executive, you hold a pivotal role in driving the company’s business by constantly engaging in business development activities. A star performer in this role will have the ability to connect with our clients, internal business units, flexible and ability to meet the client’s needs and possess a positively shining attitude even the most challenging situations.
Responsibilities:
· Identify prospects through various lead generated activities, including internal redirecting, tradeshows, direct mailing, advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program
· Support Regional Sales Managers in managing, maintaining and supporting new and existing customers including, but not limited to, issuing of quotation and booking of orders and cross-selling
· Interface with prospects to understand their purchase decision, decision making process and criteria, and support their needs
· Meet the assigned order amount goals
· Prepare and submit sales reports, which includes tracking of order amount, demand forecasting and market intelligence
· Work closely with Operations and Customer Service/Purchasing Team to understand the work flow and have good rapport.
· Maintain detailed knowledge of company’s services, policies and procedures in order to better serve prospective customers in identifying the appropriate service to fit the customers’ needs.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Food Technology; and 2 -3 years of relevant industry experience (dealing with Food, Nutrition and Pharma Experience in MNC environment)
· 1 years of sales experience in a direct sales position.
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Good command of languages – English, Chinese
· Customer service oriented with strong presentation skills.
· Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
