Job Duties
- Understand all aspects of floor operations
- Step into any floor role as needed
- Enhance guest dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
- Resolve customer issues with care and efficiency
- Deliver outstanding service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas before and after service
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors and managers
Job Requirements
- Strong bar management and beverage making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Service-oriented with all guest interactions
- Computer literacy and excellent interpersonal skills are a plus
