  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or relevant education with a demonstrated commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Holistic Wellness Mindset: Deep understanding of how physical fitness ties into mental, emotional, and career performance, with a strong passion for helping clients excel in all areas of life.
  • Leadership by Example: Ability to inspire others by embodying peak performance in your own life—whether it’s through physical discipline, personal growth, or career achievements.
  • Business Acumen: An interest in business management or entrepreneurship, with the ability to help clients manage work-life balance and peak career performance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Adaptability: Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients and make instant adjustments based on their needs.
  • Specialization in rehabilitation, nutrition, or mindset coaching is highly valued to support holistic approaches to fitness.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Understand each client’s unique needs, aspirations, and lifestyle, designing personalized programs that go beyond fitness to incorporate wellness, nutrition, mental resilience, and career performance.
  • Lead by example: embody peak performance and a growth mindset in both personal and professional life, acting as a role model for clients aiming to achieve holistic success.
  • Adapt workouts and strategies in real-time based on client feedback, energy levels, and performance tracking, ensuring a dynamic and responsive coaching experience.
  • Develop research-driven milestones, combining fitness, nutrition, and mental wellness strategies tailored to each client’s goals for both body and mind.
  • Collaborate with clients to create actionable plans for physical, mental, and career growth, providing regular check-ins and strategic consultations for holistic improvement.
  • Create valuable online coaching content that extends beyond fitness training to inspire holistic lifestyle changes, including workshops, webinars, or motivational resources.
