Job description:
To support Superiors and Management in the following areas:
- Manage HR consulting and training projects
- Established, carry out and attain goals of the HR Consulting team
- Plan, allocate, develop, and evaluate staff to accomplish the work to meet team’s productivity quality.
- Interact regularly with managers, directors and other stakeholders within and outside of the Company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in projects
- Handle business development and customer acquisition.
- Work with stakeholders from Singapore office and Japan HQ on HR projects
- Support the Management in various key HR initiatives, projects and programmes
- Perform any other HR & corporate related duties, tasks & projects assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (listening, speaking, reading and writing) to communicate effectively through phone calls, emails and/or meetings with Japanese and/or local staff in MC HQ, MC branches and subsidiaries, HLC, MC group companies in Asia and Oceania region and other stakeholders.
- Able to have an in-depth understanding/knowledge of Japanese cultural values in business in order to provide accurate advice and effectively handle Japanese stakeholders in HQ
