Technical Skills & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Must have overall 5+ years IT design and development.
- Must have recent working experience in Core Credit Cards system experience
- 3 + years of mainframe development, specifically in the areas of banking systems and Credit cards
- Technically competent in COBOL, CICS and EZT programming
- Must have 3+ years recent programming experience COBOL, CICS-COBOL, Mainframe
- Must have working experience with Core Credit Cards system
- Experience on Cardlink system will be advantageous
- Good working knowledge skills with Microsoft Office Products and Microsoft Visio.
- Good understanding of the system development life cycle
- Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Education Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

Responsibilities:
- Working in team of developers to develop COBOL (or CICS-COBOL) programs according to functional & technical specifications
