Key Responsibilities:
- Help plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate lessons that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn.
- Supervise the kids during play and activities, making sure they’re safe, happy, and learning through everything they do.
- Share updates with parents on their little one’s progress, and be there to answer any questions or concerns.
- Help maintain a tidy, welcoming classroom and assist with daily routines to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Work alongside the team to make the classroom a positive, warm, and supportive space where kids can thrive.
Qualifications:
- Minimally a Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting.
- You’ve got excellent communication skills and love building connections with children, parents, and your colleagues.
- You know the basics of child development and have a passion for creating engaging learning environments.
