- Oversee and perform the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations
- Work closely with the Area Manager on strategic business planning and operations
- Develop cost-effective operational plan to achieve the outlet’s goals
- Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target
- Ensure outlet compliance to all company and authority regulations including but not limited to hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety guidelines
- Ensure outlet compliance to Company’s regulations such as sales reporting, cash management, marketing displays and inventory controls
- Train and retain outlet staff, provide feedback to the Area Manager on work performance and disciplinary issues
- Monitor outlet staff and advise on disciplinary problems such as tardiness and non-adherence to the company’s standards
- Assist the Area Manager with recruitment and scheduling
- Manage inventory levels and train staff with regard to ordering
- Ensure good and prompt service to satisfy customers' needs
- Represent the company to address customer’s complaints and feedback professionally in-store
- Assist the Area Manager with regard to maintenance issues for respective outlets
