Job Summary:
The Direct Sales Associate at FirstCom Academy is responsible for connecting with potential customers and presenting our educational solutions. In this role, you will be the face of FirstCom Academy, delivering exceptional customer service, understanding customer needs, and driving enrollment for our courses. This is a dynamic and target-driven position where you’ll work directly with customers in various settings, including in-person sales events, roadshows, and follow-up calls, to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the growth of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential adult learners at roadshows, encouraging them to explore educational opportunities.
- Provide demonstrations and detailed information on the benefits of adult learning courses.
- Assess individual learning needs and recommend appropriate educational programs.
- Actively participate in corporate events and seminars to promote available courses.
- Drive sales by pursuing and converting leads into enrollments.
- Follow up on inquiries and lead to drive course registrations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent experience in education or sales with a focus on adult learners.
- A minimum of 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
- Strong hunter mentality and proactive approach to client engagement.
- Passionate about education and promoting lifelong learning for adults.
- Excellent communication and strong presentation abilities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
- Good time management skills and discipline in achieving targets.
- Fluent in Mandarin to engage effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
