Responsibilities
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, with the ability to document, monitor, track, and submit measured data.
- Manage the procurement of resources, monitor, and control material usage on-site to prevent wastage or incorrect use.
- Prepare daily reports on work volume, manpower, and materials.
- Organize labor, equipment, and materials for daily site activities.
- Supervise project execution, ensuring adherence to all procedures and method statements.
- Conduct weekly or monthly meetings with subcontractors to update project progress.
- Carry out daily safety briefings and site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Liaise with subcontractors on all project-related matters.
- Ensure project progress remains on schedule.
- Evaluate and resolve discrepancies and/or problems at site.
- Coordinate the submission of incident reports to the loss adjuster.
Other information
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture/Construction Management or equivalent
- Min 2-3 years of experience in building-related projects
- Working schedule: Full 6 days work week for the first 6 months employment (Mondays to Saturdays, 8am-6pm), after that will be 5.5 days work week (Mondays to Fridays, 8am-6pm & Saturdays, 8am-12pm)
