Job scope:
- Perform hands-on prober maintenance including probe card reshaping and pin replacement.
- Execute vertical repair processes,including lapping, washing, baking and other procedures to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Coordinate with overseas headquarter for troubleshooting, process updates and technical guidance on new procedures.
- Ensure seamless communication between local teams and international counterparts for consistent repair quality.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure repairs and maintenance align with production schedules.
- Manage repair timelines to minimize downtime and meet internal deadlines.
- Prepare regular reports and update trackers for the internal team to monitor progress, issues and resolutions.
- Maintan accurate documentation of repair processes and outcomes for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to other sites if necessary.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Candidates with no experience but relevant qualification can apply
