Job Summary:

- Working schedule: Monday to Thursday (8.30 am to 6 pm); Friday (8.30 am to 5.30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing UAT test cases and scripts based on system requirements.
- Execute UAT, log defects, and provide end-user feedback.
- Ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and user-friendliness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to communicate UAT feedback and incorporate it effectively.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, as well as assist in preparing agendas and meeting notes, gathering documents, and sending pre-meeting notices.
- Perform system migration support, which involves data cleaning, data mapping, migration testing, and migration progress reporting
- Assist in reviewing financial reports to ensure alignment with grant terms, checking the accuracy of financial data, ensuring reports compliance with policies, and conducting internal audits
- Support the team with additional assignments as required.
Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1–2 years in a relevant administrative position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; comfortable with e-documents
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written English; good telephone etiquette
