Our client, is a well-established international bank with a significant presence in Asia, is seeking an experienced Private Banker to join their team and support business expansion in the North Asia market.
about the job:
- Serve as the primary advisor ensuring proactive communication and a high level of responsiveness in addressing client needs.
- Design and implement customized investment strategies and wealth management plans.
- Provide guidance on a wide range of financial services, including asset allocation, tax optimization, and estate planning.
- Drive client acquisition efforts, growing the HNW and UHNW client base through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with internal product and investment teams to deliver holistic solutions and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make adjustments as needed to align with the bank's risk framework and ensure continued suitability for clients.
skills and qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking and/or wealth management.
- Proven track record of managing and expanding a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and economic factors.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred given the client base.
