Job Descriptions:
- Develop and execute key account strategies tailored to customer needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering mutually beneficial solutions.
- Manage sales and operations across the Singapore market, implementing effective strategies to meet sales targets for Eagle Brand's product range.
- Conduct market research and store visits to gain insights that inform and support sales strategies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product placement and visibility in supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacy chains, travel retail, and tourist outlets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to manage promotional campaigns, ensuring adherence to A&P budgets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with key clients, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Provide regular reports and updates on key account activities and sales performance to the head of sales.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of key account management experience, with a proven track record in the FMCG industry, especially in the analgesic sector.
- Experience in Modern Trade, particularly with pharmacy channel clients, as well as travel retail, supermarkets, and convenience stores.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s local market dynamics and business acumen.
- Experience working with major retail chains or distributors in Singapore.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in trade marketing and distributor management is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Must have own transport.
