Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of design and testing phases, ensuring all stages are completed successfully.
- Lead the development of solution designs and guide clients throughout the implementation and support phases.
- Collaborate with clients to help them realize the strategic value of company products, providing a clear vision of their end-state solution and roadmap.
- Assess customer business requirements, objectives, and needs, and translate them into effective company processes, solutions, and modules.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex customer issues related to data and business processes.
- Facilitate smooth transitions throughout the customer lifecycle by working closely with presales, professional services, and support teams.
- Provide ERP functional consulting and training services on customer sites.
- Lead the design and requirement definition activities, guide testing processes, and offer direction to both clients and junior consultants.
- Continuously update and expand knowledge of domain-specific practices and technologies.
- Develop expertise in field-specific products and solutions.
- Track and report on daily activities in alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Engage in project coordination, team leadership, and implementation of ERP functional consulting services.
- Deliver ERP training and assist in the recruitment of suitable consultants, including those in international offices.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- With at least 1 - 2 years of SAP B1/ERP experience.
