Working Days: 3 weekdays + 1 weekend (Fix Schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing to customers
- To maintain the general cleanliness of the store
- Cashier duties which include and are not limited to processing payments, exchanges, and returns
- Co-ordinate with in-house driver and operations team to replenish stocks and transfers from the main warehouse
- Weekly stock-take to ensure inventory accuracy
- Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, resolving customer complaints, and handling escalated issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the fashion industry or a related field/skill is preferred
- Singaporeans/PR and foreigners are welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effectively communicating with customers and staff
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Experience in the fast fashion industry and e-commerce/similar is preferred
- The ability to work independently, handle pressure, and effectively manage challenging situations are valuable qualities
