Company: We specialize in the supply and installation of Security Systems.
Location: North East
Job Scope:
- Able to hands-on Networking & Security systems installation, testing & commissioning, programming, maintenance, system troubleshooting (i.e. especially CCTV security system, ACS door access system, Electrical, alarm system)
- Preparation of project schedule, safety documents for safety submission (i.e. risk assessment, method statement, etc)
- Coordinate with site supervisor/ client/ sub-contractor/ main-con for site work-related matters such as installation, testing & commissioning, etc to ensure smooth execution of site work.
- Liaise with main-con/ sub-contractors/ client for the arrangement of materials, equipment, tools, and other sub-contracting work activities.
- Coordinate/ participate in regular customer meetings/ site meetings on project-related matters.
- Support other team members at the site as needed.
- Manage & comply with Workplace Safety & Health for project execution
- Assist project manager as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Electrical engineering or related studies
- More than 3 years of project management experience in related field
- Experienced in handling multiple projects
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
- Attended safety courses/ possess work at height, BCSS supervisor, scissor lift, etc
- Capable of interpreting building schematics drawings, electrical drawing/layout
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft, AutoCAD
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

- Basic understanding of networking systems.
- 6 days/ week (Monday-Saturday) 0900-1800hrs,
