Job Scope:
- Manage and maintain the employer's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, responding on behalf of the employer when necessary.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases.
- Oversee all aspects of the food court's daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and operational procedures.
- Lead recruitment efforts for all food court positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular training sessions on topics such as customer service, food safety, and job-specific tasks.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Act as a liaison between the employer and various stakeholders, including clients, business partners,
- Maintain open lines of communication, ensuring that important messages and information are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Draft and proofread emails, letters, and other communications on behalf of the employer if needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
- Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel to various food chain locations islandwide
