SEAFREIGHT OPERATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE

H & Friends Gtl (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations independently
  • Responsible for all shipping documents (transport, documentations, booking with shipping line and preparing Bill of Lading documentations)
  • Daily liaising with oversea counterparts, local sales and operation teams on delivery and logistics issues
  • Key in cargo details and ensure payment from suppliers and customers are input into the computer system
  • Monitor and ensure all orders are duly delivered to customers within a stipulated operation turnaround time
  • Coordinate and communicate customer’s requirements and provide timely proposals and solutions to customers
  • Quotations
  • Handle customer’s complaint or issue, if any
  • Any other duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Good communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proficiency in MS office suites
  • Min 3 years of related work experience in freight forwarding/logistics industry
  • Familiar with import/export permit declaration and cargo clearance procedures
  • Meticulous, multitask, organized and adopt a careful work approach
  • Able to start work immediate or on short notice

**Work Location: CHANGI AIRFREIGHT CENTRE
