We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for driving business growth through successful tender submissions. If you have a background in corporate sales and a knack for compiling compelling bids, we want to hear from you. This role will report directly to the Head of Challenger Business.

Responsibilities:
- Experienced in IT/Electronic related sectors for tenders.
- Respond to Zendesk tickets and email for business enquiries.
- Identify opportunities and promptly submit RFIs, RFQs, and tenders for IT supplies.
- Analyse tender requirements and relay them to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Compile and organize necessary information for tender submissions.
- Prepare, coordinate, and compile bid submission documents, including tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with tender submission deadlines, including verifying and preparing outgoing submissions.
- Develop costings and quotations for tenders and ongoing projects.
- Assist clients with RFQs and tenders.
- Follow up on any tender clarifications.
- Maintain and update records of all current and upcoming tender and project pipelines.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years experience in corporate sales.
- Confident, hardworking , well presented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as well as in a team.
- Self-motivated, dynamic and result driven.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Sales experience in IT, or corporate IT solution a plus point.
- Existing contacts with SMB/Enterprise.
- Knowledge in digital marketing and B2B leads generation a plus point.
