Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm, Mon to Thu; 8.30am to 5.30pm, Fri
Responsibilities:
• On-site support for training days and actual teaching and assessment days
• Liaise with faculty for sessions and secure training venues for teaching and assessment sessions.
• Assist with annual Day event - catering, goodie bag procurement, venue booking, invitations, registration, etc
• Assist with courses and events for faculty - printing materials, liaising with different stake holders, etc .
• Maintain and update the database to ensure accurate tracking of details and remuneration.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
