- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the provision shop and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Accountable for the commercial management of a provision shop mainly selling daily necessities as well as titbit items.
- To lead, develop, improve and attain a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- Ensure store operation standards are adhered to by all norms.
- Managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that the store is adequately stocked.
- Responsibly review daily transactions and prevent any irregularity
- Monitor and maintain compliance of all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions.
- Manage the store’s budget, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to increase profitability.
- Plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma and above in Business Management or equivalent.
- Working experience in sales in a retail environment, preferably in Grocery/Trading stores.
- Results-orientated with strong understanding of day to day in store operations.
- Good knowledge in POS,e-commerce platforms, MS-office
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
- Bilingual in both Chinese and English as required to communicate with customers.
