Responsibilities:
- Respond customer's enquiries via WhatsApp
- Explain the purchasing process
- Prepare the quotation, invoice etc
- Check the authentication of incoming luxury items and jewelries
- Simple translation support
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
*Non-experience is welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N4 for above) to liaise with Japanese speaking related party
- Good working attitude & punctuality
- Able to work for long term
- Willing to work on weekends
- Possess working experience in customer service, customer-facing role
- Min 1-2 years working experience will be required
