About the role
This role will report to the Head of Corporate HSE Department, supporting the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures in the organization. There will be opportunities for the candidate to be engaged at the worksite to ensure compliance to HSE regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare HSE training materials and conduct in-house training for employees
- Review monthly reports / statistics
- Conduct internal audits, inspections and support tender department on HSE related matters
- Assist in conducting accident / incident investigation
- Monitor sites HSE programs and ensure thorough and accurate documentation of all HSE activities
- Develop and distribute bulletins and circulars to support learning and awareness
- Any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Pre-requisites:
- Diploma in any discipline from recognised institution
- Approved WSHO by MOM. Candidates with registered ECO by NEA certification and FSM by SCDF will have added advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience in construction industry
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and skilled in using digital applications HSE systems
