1. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and yearly management reports in accordance with the company’s accounting policies.
2. Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts, all related revenue, costs and expenses are accurately and properly taken up in the accounting period.
3. Perform monthly reconciliation of debtors, creditors, and bank balances.
4. Fixed assets administration.
5. Control full sets of accounts (Moneyworks).
6. Prepare year-end audit schedule and reports for external auditors. Also, any statutory and group management reports.
7. Prepare monthly payroll, CPF & levy submission.
8. Participate in year-end stock count.
9. Prepare GST submission.
10. Prepare monthly cash flow (monthly forecast and weekly update).
11. Ensure compliance with statutory and company policy.
12. General administration duties.
13. Any other additional duties and responsibilities delicate to you from time to time by the management.
