Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on innovative projects in image and video applications. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development and improvement of AI algorithms, working alongside experienced team members to create advanced solutions in image processing and computer vision.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of algorithms for image and video processing, including tasks like image restoration, enhancement, and segmentation.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of computer vision and deep learning solutions, proposing ideas to improve algorithm performance and address practical challenges.
- Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support the optimization of algorithms for efficient, real-time performance on various devices.
- Participate in testing and refining algorithms to ensure they perform well across different conditions and environments.
- Work with software engineers to integrate algorithms into broader software systems, learning how to achieve smooth functionality and user experience.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and computer vision, sharing ideas that could be applied to future projects.
Qualification/ Requirements:
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant academic or project experience in image processing and computer vision, with hands-on work in areas such as image restoration, generation, enhancement, or segmentation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with familiarity in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in mathematical concepts, such as probability and optimization, with an eagerness to apply these skills in AI algorithm development.
- Enthusiasm for learning advanced AI techniques, including generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) and language-guided generation, with a proactive attitude towards skill-building.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for teamwork and innovation.
- Interest in image processing, computer vision, or multimedia technologies; personal projects or hobbies related to photography or similar fields are a plus.
