Responsibilities:
l Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software and networks in project delivery
l Conduct root cause analysis & implement pro-active measures
l Responsible for supporting operational systems satisfying contractual Service Level Agreement
l Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities promptly and effectively
l Perform troubleshooting and fault rectification
l Provide up-to-date project documentation and reports
l Diagnose and rectify technical issues
l Perform standby duties if required
Requirements:
l Familiar or willing to learn Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & virtualization environment (VMware, HyperV etc.)
l Willing to troubleshoot and do hands on technical work
l Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
l Able to work independently as well as in a team and good interpersonal skills
l Willing to learn VPN, firewall appliances, routers, switches, hardware like servers, storage area networks (SAN), network-attached storage (NAS) devices
l Willing to pick up skills in IT Infra services like Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Service, Database, Web or App Server etc.
