Responsibilities:
· Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and qualify leads.
· Research target accounts and decision-makers to understand their needs, pain points, and buying process.
· Articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects, highlighting how our solutions can address their challenges and deliver tangible results.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects, ensuring a smooth handoff of leads.
· Keep accurate records of prospect interactions and update our CRM system with relevant information.
· Continuously strive to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue and margin targets.
· Interact with and further enhance the excellent relationship and teamwork with other departments within the company.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or minimum of a Diploma in any related field.
· Preferably possess 3-5 years of commercial role, online marketplace or logistics firm.
· Strong negotiation skills and experience in acquiring new customers.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focus on driving results and delivering value.
· Knowledge of logistics, e-Commerce and social media live steam is a plus point.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with logistics management software is a plus.
