Responsibilities:
- Support the sales manager by handling client inquiries, arranging meetings, and gathering essential project information.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide updates on project progress.
- Assist in communicating project timelines, budgets, and any changes to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the design and project teams to ensure all phases are scheduled effectively.
- Help coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist in monitoring and allocating resources, such as labor, to keep the project on track.
- Track project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
- During site visits, gather feedback from the project team and contractors to share with sales and clients.
- Address immediate concerns or escalate them to the sales manager as needed.
- Collaborate with sales, project managers, and contractors to find solutions for issues like material shortages, delays, or client concerns.
Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field is required.
- Preferred minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the renovation or construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
