Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
· Plan weekly production schedules including releasing work orders and ensuring on-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements.
· Collaborate with other departments, include purchasing, engineering and logistics, to work on outsourcing cost, equipment maintenance schedule and delivery arrangement.
· Create and Maintain Production schedules to ensure company goals are achieved and that deadlines are met.
· monitors and co-ordinates timely arrival of goods to meet project timeline
· liaises with project and production departments for all material planning matters.
· Liaise with External vendor on any outsource jobs, monitor jobs ensure it met the required delivery.
Requirements:
· Diploma in Business/Production management or equivalent experience.
· Able to work in dynamic environment and equipped with Multitasking skills.
· Possess Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
