Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to the operation team in managing daily administrative tasks. Your role will involve assisting with administrative duties, organizing schedules, coordinating, and maintaining office records. Your contribution will help ensure efficient operations and smooth communication within the office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform administrative works and liaise with hospital & HQ on all administrative
- matters.
- File documents and records.
- Maintain and update staff records (Claims, AMS, MC, OT etc.)
- Maintain general housekeeping of offices.
- Maintain notice boards.
- Monitor and maintain First Aid Box.
- Raise and monitor Purchase Request.
- Coordinate and ensure PO, DO and invoice are correct, authorized certified and
- approved.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and record meeting minutes
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Food Service Manager.
Qualifications
- GCE “O” Level or Higher Nitec
- Preferably 2 years work experience
