About the Role

Based on-site at our client’s offices in the CBD, you will provide permanent recruitment solutions across a range of roles in Singapore. As an integral member of our newest RPO team, you will deliver services by way of an innovative recruitment model; engaging with key stakeholders, and sourcing the best candidates for the business.

Additionally, you will provide assistance and support to hiring managers in relation to:

  • New vacancies and approvals
  • Offer negotiation
  • Escalate any client disputes or issues to the Client Manager
  • Develop a strong commercial awareness and identify growth opportunities

About You

This role would suit an experienced recruiter currently at a Consultant / Senior Consultant level. To succeed in this role, you will need to be a trusted advisor who demonstrates high level consulting skills, professionalism, commercial acumen, and credibility. You will have the proven ability to achieve positive outcomes in a high touch client facing environment and be confident communicating with key stakeholders on internal and external market factors with the expertise to deliver, engage and build relationships.


As a member of Enterprise Solutions’ newest account team, you will also play an essential part in delivering continuous improvement and development of our services and supporting a range of team projects.
