- Expertise in creating and modifying BOM structures.
- Proficiency with SFC (Shop Floor Control) systems and SAP maintenance.
- Understanding of rack packaging design.
- Lead and facilitate BOM/materials changes, ensuring smooth transitions and implementations in collaboration with cross-functional teams both internally and overseas.
- Support production during mass runs.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen activities.
- Assist with factory NPI (New Product Introduction) qualification.
- Participate in both internal and external ISO audits.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
- Ability to effectively work with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in project management.
