- Collaborate with upper management to develop strategic programs and influence project alignment with business goals.
- Define the scope, objectives, budget, schedule, and technical requirements of projects based on strategic plans.
- Ensure smooth project execution by tracking progress and providing timely updates to management on status, budgets, irregularities, and risks.
- Manage organizational operating costs in relation to project budgets and expenses to achieve revenue goals.
- Focus on business partnering with customers, detecting implicit assumptions, resolving conflicts, and addressing complex management issues.
- Identify and measure risks that could impact project success throughout its lifecycle.
- Monitor the performance of both internal and external service providers for programs and projects.
- Professionally handle escalations with vendors and customers.
- Conduct Scalability, Interoperability, and Portability Analysis.
- Create detailed project documentation, including training guides, quality assurance guidelines, and project reports.
- Manage large and diverse teams handling various project segments.
- Present data and updates on project performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desirable.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong experience in overseeing projects from inception.
- Solid business acumen to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
