- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions with stakeholders, trainers, and trainees.
- Prepare, facilitate, coordinate, and conduct various company training programs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and develop training programs.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Studies, or a related discipline.
- ACTA qualifications or other training certifications are a plus.
- Experience in Logistics/Forwarding is beneficial.
- Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and external parties at various levels.
