Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in wine, cocktails preparation and handling
• Monitors purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality for all purchases
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B establishments focusing on wine or cocktail
• Working knowledge of wine (regions, grape varietals, taste notes) or classic cocktail recipes and preparation
• Fast learner
• Good presentation skills and an eye for detail
• Food Safety Certification level 1 is a must
• SC, SPR or Malaysian
