Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT Operations
- 3-5 years of experience managing IT Operations
- Familiarity with general IT Infrastructure management
- Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in IT-related field
- ITIL Foundation certification required
- Additional technical certifications are advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Lead and chair meetings with customers and contractors; prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Plan, monitor, and control operations activities to ensure service delivery
- Follow up on open tickets and collaborate with product principals for resolution
- Ensure service levels are met and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure smooth service delivery to clients
