Your Mission: As our Lead Finance Analyst is based in Singapore reporting to the Director, Corporate FP&A, your role will be pivotal your role will be essential in the company’s annual operating plan, financial quarterly forecast and cost roadmap review, actual reporting vs. plan variance analysis and projects. Also, will be involved in the consolidation of the Corporate financial, key performance index (KPIs) and perform as a stage gate to ensure all the Division’s operating expenditure is incurred according to the allocated budget.
Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change:
- Analyze and report actual results, prepare budgets and forecasts, and coordinate the consolidation of the strategic planning process.
- Develop financial models to support strategic and growth initiatives, influence business decisions through scenario planning, and partner with business leaders for ad hoc analyses.
- Present financial results and reporting packages to the executives and senior finance management, while operating within a matrixed organization.
- Drive improvements in profitability and cash flow and collaborate closely with assigned business / stakeholders for a seamless budgeting process.
- Identify gaps and create resolution options, recommending best-in-class practices for effective budgeting process improvements.
- Provide FP&A support for annual budgeting and BOQ process, consolidation of Opex Report, headcount movements and report maintenance, and spending variance analysis.
- Engage in cost reduction programs/ initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting; CPA license is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field for this position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written, verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, preferably with ERP experience.
