Job Description:
As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and managing our social media presence to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and attract new students. This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital marketing and a strong understanding of social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media content plans (including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, etc.) to align with our marketing goals.
- Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing posts that showcase our unique tuition offerings and success stories.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online audience to build community and foster relationships.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, suggesting improvements and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the teaching and admin teams to ensure content aligns with the curriculum and brand messaging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management, especially on platforms popular with students and parents.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create compelling, error-free content.
- Creativity and a good eye for visual design.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and understanding of the Chinese tuition/education industry is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
