Job Summary: The intern will get trained and will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer experience in alignment with the brand’s standards. This position requires a proactive approach to managing retail sales at studio, on ground event support for the brand, vendor relations, inventory management and online/offline order fulfilment to support the seamless operation of our multi designer fashion platform. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Indian fashion landscape, excellent team work and organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
The candidate should be able to work on Canva, Photoshop and should have good computer skills to be able to work on word, excel and power point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations and Admin Support: Assist in overseeing the end-to-end sales and order process, including inventory management at the Studio, online and offline orders fulfilment and follow up.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with international vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and follow up closely with them on customer enquiries.
- Inventory and Invoice: Maintain accurate inventory records of stocks at the studio via the processes that have been set up, create invoices for goods sold/ordered and prepare month end invoices for the international vendors.
- Packing & Logistic movements: Coordinate with E-commerce Manager to arrange timely delivery of studio and online orders being received in Singapore.
- Customer Service Support: Address order inquiries, returns, and feedback, striving to improve the customer experience. Promptly responding to customer inquiries on whatsapp and handle customers at the studio.
- Offline Event Support: To work closely with the founder on the event organisation, over see set up and full execution of the offline pop ups being organised in Singapore and the Region.
