Our client is Singapore based architecture, interior design, and planning consultancy company with a focus on creating human centric for healthcare, research laboratories, eldercare and workplace environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead specific healthcare project(s), ensuring smooth execution and coordination.
- Attend and chair meetings with clients, contractors, and design teams.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
- Handle change requests from clients, subconsultants, and contractors.
- Supervise all architectural teams involved in the project and ensure proper coordination across all disciplines (e.g., architectural, structural, M&E, medical planning, interior design, and landscaping).
- Oversee the review of shop drawings, RFIs, material samples, and method statements.
- Collaborate with the design team to address design and coordination matters.
- Monitor on-site work progress and resolve any arising issues.
- Establish site office operational requirements with the contractor.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively with both design and site teams.
