Responsibilities:
- Handle on the warranty administration for vehicles
- Provide technical expertise support to the workshop daily issues
- Oversee the workshop operation (Commercial vehicle) and manage a team of technician in the service & repair work
- Coordinate and liaise with the team on the quotation and the productivity
- Any ad-hoc duties as required
