- Monitor and manage incoming calls.
- Acquisition of Stationery/Office equipment/Office & Pantry Supplies/Cleaning Supplies
- Source for quotations before acquisition
- Communicate with suppliers and customers via email.
- Prepare delivery orders & sales orders
- Maintain office cleanliness
- Assist the Senior Admin in other administrative matters
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in English and Chinese both spoken and written to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
- Able to commence work in Jan 2025
- 5.5 days work week (subject to changes)
*Company Transport provided at Joo Koon MRT
