Job Descriptions:
- Full spectrum of HR duties including payroll
- Monthly daily attendance sheet/KPI /payroll report to be given to the Group HR Manager in oversea Office
- CPF Contributions
- FWL Contributions
- Familiar with MOM website for WPOL and EPOL application/issuance/cancellation of WP/EP
- Maintenance of Worker's confidential information including Bank Account
- Prepare monthly payroll and pass to Accountant for processing
- Monitoring of all staff AL/MC/Childcare/NS Leaves/Maternity Leaves
- Follow up with One NS for NS Claim or Childcare leaves for any outstanding claims
- Employees' Insurance including Medical/WICA /Motor insurance renewals
- Arrangement of Bus Driver schedule for pick up and drop off of workers
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR Studies or relevant
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Able to commence work in Jan 2025
- 5.5 days work week (subject to changes)
*Company transport provided at Joo Koon MRT
