Job Description:
- Delivering sales, outstanding customer experience, and operational expectations;
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service;
- Connects with every customer by asking open-ended questions to assess needs;
- Ability to learn and share the expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs;
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product/trends;
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment;

Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec or Nitec in any discipline
- Experience in the Spa, Beauty & TCM Wellness industry are preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Spa/ TCM Wellness/ Sales experience will be an advantage
- High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
- Drive and resourcefulness to deliver results
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
