Responsibilities:
- Support the program team to ensure that program activities will be implemented on time, scope and within budget, achieving the related performance objectives.
- Undertake and prioritize the day-to-day tasks for the smooth operations of the program, manages all internal delivery, community partners, third party providers (contractors) service delivery, where necessary.
- Facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the program in the community and provide logistics and marketing support to encourage outreach, uptakes leading up to a successful roll out of the various workshops and supporting events.
- Ensure compliance to standards and processes to preserve patient privacy, confidentiality, and the security of health information.
Requirements:
- Minimum degree/diploma holder
- A team player who is resourceful, hands-on, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
