Key accountabilities
Perform daily culinary operations and coordination ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers
Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity
Work closely with his/ her team on day to day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all times
Execution of food production in accordance to the process flow and procedure
Ensure that records are fill and ensure of their integrity
Report any faulty equipment
Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution
Ensuring all kitchen forms are updated during food production
Observe work place safety and food safety during food production
Processes adequate knife skill and interpersonal skill Various
Various Working location i.e. West and Central Area
Skills & experience
Experience working in central / commercial kitchen setting
Adhere strictly to halal requirements
Valid certification in Basic Food Hygiene
Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
Able to work night shift and split shift.
